Corrosion Testing Apparatus
The QUANTIZ® Light analysis system is a combined hardware/software solution which automatically evaluates corrosion samples, it can be connected via USB cable to conventional laptops or PCs (provided by the user). QUANTIZ® Light automatically evaluates and documents various corrosion samples. Its specially developed lighting technology enables it to evaluate using different contrast levels and (especially for filiform corrosion testing) without manual removal of the affected paint layers. The user can easily adapt their evaluation to the requirements of the test. Possible evaluations include: Undercuts along a scratch, edge corrosion and surface corrosion.
